About the role

Our Global Treasury & Working Capital practice is currently looking for an innovative professional with strong strategic thinking, consulting and practical experience in Liquidity & Working Capital Management to support the growth of our dynamic, fast growing and international practice (+16 nationalities) in Barcelona.

As the Working Capital Senior Manager, you will be expected to:

Sell

·       Build a strong network within the Company and be identified as the go-to person for all the Liquidity & Working Capital topics (Digital & Functional)

·       Participate to external events to build network with potential clients & partners and identify opportunities

·       Work closely with the leadership team to build and implement the Go-to-Market approach

·       Collaborate with client teams to identify & originate sales opportunities

·       Lead Liquidity & Working Capital project proposal design with a pursuit team, origination workshop & sales client meetings to close deals successfully

·       Work closely with our experts to drive Liquidity & Working Capital innovation agenda to our clients

Lead Projects Delivery

·       Lead & execute international Liquidity & Working Capital optimization projects from assessment to transformation with a focus on value realization and capabilities development applying innovative approach with a combination of strategy, governance, organization & process redesign as well as technology & digital alignment.

·       Manage client relationship at executive and operational level throughout the various phases of the project.

Develop the Treasury & Working Capital Practice & Team:

·       Lead the development of innovative & digital assets for the practice (ie. tools, whitepapers, partnerships, etc.) in collaboration with other teams and our innovation center in Barcelona

·       Grow the Working Capital team to successfully deliver projects globally

·       Take an active role in the Finance community growth: training, experience sharing, events organization, etc
