The position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Utilizes a variety of resources both external and internal sources to identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
• Confers with hiring managers to determine the required skills and experience for the position as well as coordinate interview appointments, feedback discussions, and candidate selections.
• Facilitates the execution of the organization’s recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
• Serves as company liaison to candidates, presenting a positive company image.
• Ensures candidate is engaged throughout the hiring process, fostering a positive, professional interview experience for candidates.
• Utilizes traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Develops and maintains a network of contacts for immediate and future needs.
• Maintains all supporting records and data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Helps guide and mentor junior Talent Acquisition staff.

Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 6+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Avature preferred.
• Experience with Job Boards required (Monster, Clearance Jobs, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• DoD recruiting experience highly preferred.
• Occasional travel may be required.
