About the Position:

Seeking a skilled Construction Worker to contribute to various construction projects. Responsible for performing manual labor, operating equipment, and assisting in all aspects of construction tasks. Strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety are essential in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Perform various construction tasks as directed by supervisors.
• Assist with digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
• Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively.
• Follow construction plans and blueprints accurately.
• Assist in the setup and cleanup of construction sites.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to safety regulations and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Assist in the installation and assembly of structures and fixtures.
• Perform basic maintenance and repairs on tools and equipment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior construction experience preferred.
• Physical strength and ability to handle heavy lifting and manual labor.
• Familiarity with common construction tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of construction techniques and safety practices.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
