About Us:

We are seeking a skilled and strategic-minded Operations Business Advisor to join our dynamic team. This role plays a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and providing valuable insights to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Analysis:

    • Conduct in-depth analyses of business operations, identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Performance Metrics and KPIs:

    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of operational processes.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to management regarding operational performance.
  • Process Improvement:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process enhancement and automation.
    • Lead initiatives to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Risk Management:

    • Identify and assess operational risks, providing recommendations for mitigation strategies.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Financial Analysis and Budgeting:

    • Partner with finance teams to develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Monitor expenditures and analyze variances to budget.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Work closely with various departments, including supply chain, production, and finance, to align operational strategies with overall business goals.
    • Provide guidance and support to operational teams.
  • Change Management:

    • Lead or contribute to change management initiatives related to operational processes, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 2 years of experience in operations management, business advisory, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using business intelligence tools and software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
